Based (barely) on The Taming of the Shrew, five female actors gather to rehearse. As they take turns embodying versions of the tamed and untamed woman, they are confronted by how they are shaped and constrained by the structures around them and the systems they inhabit. Boundaries blur: the actors play and are played by their roles, rebellion ignites and is contained, and reality and fiction collide.

Drawing on the personal and the mythical, the mundane and the epic, the theatrical and the real, the work takes audiences on a surreal, poetic and playful exploration of what it means to conform to—and rebel against—the status quo.
A mash-up of movement, theatre, clown, media and tech and audience interaction - an immersive and dynamic work.
